January Meeting – TUESDAY, January 24, 2023

The January meeting will be sponsored by Pavement Technology, Inc.. The meeting will be held on Tuesday, January 24, 2023 at 11:30 a.m. at Embassy Suites, 5800 Rockside Woods Blvd N., Independence, OH 44131

Zack Helm from Pavement Technology will share several case studies recently conducted on the affects Reclamite is having on increased pavement performance. He will also discuss a new opportunity available to all agencies a part of the Cuyahoga County Preventative Maintenance program as Reclamite is now being covered 100% on all county roadways coming through the municipality

The presentation will highlight the application process along with the following:

  • The difference between PCR and PCI and How Reclamite improves your pavement scores
  • close to exact cost to implement per mile
  • ROI to the municipality.
  • Treated vs untreated case studies

2022 YEAR IN REVIEW

NOSDA offered several informative meetings sponsored by our vendors and we would like to thank them for their continued support.

The members of NOSDA would also like to thank everyone for their participation at our events during the year. With your generosity we enjoyed a very successful golf outing and equipment show. We would like to thank Nick Baucco and Joe Fornaro for organizing these events.

The Christmas party was once again a huge success! We had over 300 people in attendance.

NOSDA prides itself in giving back to  the community. This year we were able to donate to the following organizations:
  • Achievement Centers for Children
  • Friendship Circle of Cleveland
  • Hospice of the Western Reserve
  • NEOPAT
  • Shoes and Clothes for Kids
  • University Settlement

These donations were made possible from the proceeds of 2022 NOSDA events. We would like to thank everyone for their participation and generosity.

NOSDA also offered supervisor training for our municipal members this year. If you have any suggestions for trainings in 2023, feel free to email Bob Girardi.

2023 Membership

Membership fees are due by March 1, 2023. Fees for an annual membership is $20.00 for retired members (retired government employees only); $25.00 for municipal members (government employees only); and $30.00 for associate members (vendors). The membership is per person, in order to participate in trainings and meetings you must be a member. Checks should be made payable to Northern Ohio Service Directors Association.
